Initial Consultation & Exam
We take time to listen, evaluate, and understand your health goals. Your visit includes a thorough chiropractic examination focused on how your spine and nervous system are functioning.
Spinal X-Rays (If Needed)
On-site X-rays allow us to assess spinal alignment with precision and rule out any indications that would prevent us from delivering care to certain areas or using specific techniques, without sending you elsewhere.
Personalized Corrective Care Plan
Based on your findings, we create a clear, individualized care plan designed to help your body heal, stabilize, and function better over time.
Ongoing Care, Progress Reports and Care Plan Reviews
Your care doesn’t stop at adjustments. We regularly review your progress, reassess your spinal health, and make informed updates to your care plan as your body improves. We also provide personalized at-home exercises and stretches, along with guidance on daily posture, to support lasting results beyond the office.
This ensures your care stays:
• Goal-focused
• Measurable
• Aligned with your long-term health

Dr. Jacob is genuinely the coolest chiropractor ever, and the care at Life Is Good Chiropractic is on a completely different level. From day one, both Dr. Jacob and Dr. Bryn made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I dealt with crippling neck pain that started when I was just 18, and after four years of trying everything, this was the only place that truly helped me. I’m finally pain free. Also, Krista and Jackie at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming, which really makes the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend this place enough, my mom, dad, and I have all been coming here and we couldn’t be happierPosted on Elisa RodriguezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such a great place! Feeling better after every visit. They always make you feel like family!Posted on Chelsea WadiakTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently found out that I have scoliosis after 10 years of back pain and was recommended to chiropractic care. I was hesitant at first however I can’t believe how just a few months of adjustments has significantly improved my back and neck pain. So happy to have found such a friendly, comfortable environment at Life is Good 😊 ! Highly recommend!Posted on amanda alappatTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr Bryn is the best! I went in with a severe acute back issue and she was so gentle, loving and warm towards me. Within one session I immediately felt better. She was able to treat me back to back days and then ongoing for the past month. Now my pain is reduced by 80% and counting. She is so lovely, I felt so seen and held by her. Fantastic bedside manner. Extremely thorough. Very clear in her explanations. Very honest too! It feels like I found a gem with this entire office and staff who have been nothing but welcoming and kind. My two year old daughter has also started receiving adjustments and I just love and appreciate how respectful and sweet Dr Bryn is towards her. She loves her adjustments so much and I truly believe it’s because she feels safe - just like I do. I’ve been to several chiropractors before and quite honestly, none come close to the level of reverent care I’ve received here. Highly recommend.Posted on Malgorzata Murawska (Maggie)Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dr. Brynn is an exceptional chiropractor. Great place, great doctors! Life is good again !!!Posted on Tom DragoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10 stars, I would!) I’m so glad I found Life is Good Chiropractic. From my very first consultation, I could tell this practice was different. On my second visit they took x-rays of my spine and neck, and on my third visit Dr. Bryn walked me through a clear, scientific comparison of what my spine looks like versus what a normal, healthy spine should be. That level of detail and education is something I haven’t experienced with other chiropractors. I have subluxations in multiple areas of my back, along with a cluneal nerve problem in my lower right side. Because I play keyboards in a band, I often deal with upper and mid-back pain. Dr. Bryn has put me on a personalized adjustment program, and we’ll redo the x-rays later to track my progress. Already, my neck and upper back feel so much better — the pain I do get is shorter in duration, and I’m noticing real improvements. They’ve also given me exercises to strengthen my back, which really helps when I’m leaning over my keyboard. On top of that, I’ve seen other unexpected benefits: my blood pressure has dropped significantly, and even my glaucoma eye pressure has improved — it’s now at a much healthier level of 16 in both eyes. I also want to mention Krista and Jackie, the administrative assistants. They’ve gone above and beyond in helping me with my insurance company, and their warm smiles and friendly welcome make you feel instantly at home the moment you walk in the door. Both Dr. Bryn and Dr. Jake are knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The practice has a very scientific and modern feel while still being warm and welcoming. After trying other chiropractors over the years, I can honestly say Life is Good Chiropractic stands out as award-winning care. Highly recommended — if you’re looking for lasting results and a team that truly cares, this is the place!

Frequently Asked Questions
What chiropractic services does Life is Good Chiropractic provide?
Life is Good Chiropractic provides full-spine chiropractic care focused on restoring alignment & motion, improving nervous system function, and supporting long-term spinal health. Care is specific, corrective, and tailored to each individual rather than one-size-fits-all.
How long does corrective chiropractic care usually last?
Corrective care timelines vary depending on spinal condition, stress history, and individual goals. Some patients begin noticing changes early, while others progress more gradually. Regular progress evaluations help guide care as your spine improves.
Do you take X-rays at Life is Good Chiropractic?
Yes. We offer on-site digital X-rays when needed. Having X-rays in-office allows for more accurate assessment of spinal alignment and motion without requiring you to visit another facility.
Are chiropractic adjustments the same for everyone?
No. Every adjustment is personalized. Dr. Bryn and Dr. Jacob tailor each adjustment based on your spine, movement patterns, and progress. Care is never rushed and never standardized across patients.
What should I expect during my first chiropractic visit?
Your first visit includes a detailed consultation, spinal examination, and discussion of your health goals. If clinically necessary, on-site spinal X-rays may be taken to better understand how your spine is functioning before creating a personalized care plan.
What does “hands-on, corrective chiropractic care” mean?
Hands-on, corrective care means adjustments are delivered manually with intention and precision, rather than rushed or automated. The goal is to improve spinal motion and alignment over time, address underlying dysfunction, and support lasting improvement instead of temporary relief.
