Dr. Bryn Gillow
Dr. Bryn has served the West End community with gentle, specific chiropractic care since 2001. Originally from Germany, she moved to the United States to become a Doctor of Chiropractic, graduating from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2000. After five years as an associate, she purchased the practice and renamed it Life is Good Chiropractic.
Dr. Bryn is deeply committed to her community and was named 2009 West End Happenings Person of the Year. With decades of experience, she is passionate about helping people of all ages improve their health and function, and is known for her warm, caring, family-friendly approach.
Dr. Jacob Grassmyer
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Jacob is excited to be back in the Poconos serving the West End and surrounding region. He focuses on family wellness and spinal correction, helping patients get back to the activities they love with less pain and better function. A graduate of Life University, he uses both Activator and manual techniques to tailor care to each individual. Outside the office, he enjoys kayaking, golfing, and spending time with his wife and family.

Originally from Long Island, Krista started with Life is Good Chiropractic in 2008. She keeps the office running smoothly, supports daily operations, and helps ensure every patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for.

Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant
Originally from Queens, New York, Jackie has been with Life is Good Chiropractic since 2022. She welcomes patients at the front desk, takes care of scheduling and communication, and helps create a friendly, positive experience every visit.
